At Pointer, we run a completely distributed team across a number of Australian states. We are fiercely proud of the ability our business has to employ talented professionals and offer flexibility that comes with remote work. The physical location of our team does not affect the quality or level of work they can perform, and the ‘office’ banter is second to none! Meet Sheila! Sheila brings the banter to Pointer in a big way! A country girl who has spent years in Melbourne, Sheila and her husband have moved back to the bush, while still running a successful design business remotely. Sheila works part-time with Pointer and many of our candidates get to have a fabulous introduction to our business when they chat to Sheila on the phone! Quickfire questions!1.
